A copy of the last recorded deed, no
examination or determination of title is completed. A complete copy of the most

A copy of the last recorded deed and a
copy of the Mortgage Schedule for the property, no examination or determination
of title are completed. A complete copy of the most recent deed vesting title in
the borrowers for the property address provided. This is a non-insurance product

Ownership & Encumbrance Report. The Title Agent searches the property
records to determine encumbrances, liens, and current owner of record. No
